Performance
I'm a seasoned performer with a knack for diving headfirst into roles as varied as Lady Macbeth, Gertrude, and Polonius (yes, both — same show, long story), and witches who haunt underground pools. My résumé includes tragic poets, spurned wives, lusty wenches, goofy bridesmaids, and more. I have experience performing in site-specific projects that demand being present with space, audience, the work, and the random wedding party reception.​
Directing
​I'm not just about playing the parts — I also love directing and coaching actors. My passion for site-specific theatre means I thrive on creating performances where the space itself becomes part of the story. Whether it’s someone's home, an underground pool, a museum gallery, or a forgotten street corner, I welcome using the space to connect to the story in unforgettable ways. I also currently serve as the casting director for CapLit in Sacramento, CA and am a long-time respondent for the Lenaea High School Theatre Festival in Northern California.
Playwriting
I’ve written a few plays — Saving Trophies, Miracle Fish, and The State Section 1(a).2-(b):. — each one a little love letter to the beautifully bizarre corners of our emotional lives. I’m drawn to poetic moments, odd detours, and questions that don’t have easy answers. One explores the bittersweet clutter of lost love, another dives into using false oracles for self insight (complete with a fish), and the last? A bureaucratic fever dream with a title that sounds like legal code because... it is.
